What comes in my order of Happy Hour Hair?
Included in every package is (1) 8 inch weft with 4 clips, (1) 7 inch weft section with 4 clips, (3) 6 inch weft sections with 3 clips, (2) 4 inch weft section with 2 clips or (1) 8.5 inch weft with 4 clips, (1) 7 inch weft section with 4 clips, (2) 6 inch weft sections with 3 clips, (4) 2 inch weft sections with 1 clip (depending on the color and package you select.) Your order will be packed in our luxurious and exclusive Melmosa Hair scarf and carefully packed in a protective Melmosa box with magnetic closure. Make sure to keep the box so you can store your hair when not wearing!

I have never used extensions before, is it easy?
Yes! Just quickly clip some or all in for a new look. You can style Happy Hour Hair straight or with curls, waves, braids; what you like - the options are endless!
Can I cut my extensions?
Yes, you are able to cut your hair extensions. But make sure if you are taking off length to point cut with your shears. If you cut them to blend in with you layers then use a razor for the most seamless results.
Can I lighten or bleach my extensions?
No! Lightening can really damage the extensions, because they are processed already. You don’t want to over process and cause damage, breakage, and abnormal shedding.
Can I color my extensions?
Permanent Color, no. Glaze/toner, yes. Permanent colors require a developer that opens the hairs cuticle to lift and deposit color at the same time. That chemical can cause damage to your hair extensions. You don't want to over process! Glaze/toners are different because they just sit on top of the hair’s cuticle/shaft so it is very gentle and not damaging. When toning with a glaze you can’t go lighter. And if you are going for a deeper more enhanced color, don't go more then 2 shades darker to maintain a beautiful and balanced color.
How many packs do I need?
It all depends on the desired look! Short, fine hair for volume and length - recommended 2 packs. Long, fine hair for volume - recommended 1 pack. Thick, short/medium length hair for length - recommended 2 packs. Hair needed just for an updo - recommended 1 pack. For extra glam, over the top beauty - recommended 2 packs!!!

Can I sleep with my extensions in?
Your extensions need rest, too. It is best to take hair extensions out at night before bed. You do not want to cause damage to your scalp while sleeping with the clip ins in. The tossing and turning can lead to you hair extensions getting knotted and gnarly.
Where is a good place to store my extensions?
The best place to store your extensions is in your pretty Melmosa Hair box wrapped in the Melmosa Hair scarf!
Are the extensions human hair?
Yes. Happy Hour Hair is 100% human hair. Which means you can wash, comb and style with heat just like you would with your own hair.
How many wears, or how long will my extensions last?
Depends on how you take care of them. The better you take care of them with less heat, toning, and washing, the longer they will last. They should last you years and beyond!
How long does it take to receive my extensions?
Orders will leave our facility within 1-2 weeks depending on our current stock. If you need your extensions for a specific event, please let us know so we can try to accommodate your timeline if able.
What is the Melmosa Hair return policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our hair extensions and products. If after you receive your hair extensions or product you are not happy with your purchase you may return the unopened and unused items with in 7 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and cost of return shipping. Return amount will be calculated upon request. All products must remain in original packaging unopened to ensure cleanliness and sterilization of all products purchased.
